    • The annual open enrollment period for 2023 is now open. 

      Welcome to the 2023 Benefit Open Enrollment.  Your annual open enrollment period will run through December 2, 2022. 

      Due to the ongoing pandemic, the representatives from Kaiser, the Fund Office, Delta Dental and Kurtz & Peckham will not be able to provide in person Q&A open enrollment meetings.  However, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that you may contact a representative from the Fund Office for enrollment questions or information.  You may also contact a representative from Kaiser, Delta Dental or Kurtz & Peckham if you have any specific questions. 

      Please see the last page of the brochure that was mailed to you for the contact information for each representative.    

      An active enrollment will occur for medical insurance during this open enrollment period.   This means that you MUST choose your plan options and the dependents you cover, regardless of your current coverage.   For employees wishing to enroll or make changes  to  their  current medical coverage, including plan options and dependents covered under the Plan, an Enrollment Form MUST be completed. If you are currently enrolled and are electing not to continue coverage for the new Plan Year, you MUST complete the Waiver of Medical Coverage Form (available at the Fund Office or online).

      There are several ways you may complete the annual Enrollment Form:

      1. Complete the Enrollment Form and return the form by mail to the Fund Office or request your District Supervisor fax the form to the Fund Office at 303-745-7010.  You may also email the form to rtd-atu@compusysinc.net  
      2. Stop by the Fund Office or Local Union to complete the enrollment form

      COVID-19 Testing

      If you are experiencing symptoms or believe you have been exposed to the virus, we encourage you to take action and call your doctor. Note that your provider may require certain criteria in order to test for COVID-19. Your provider also may want to assess your symptoms by phone or video chat prior to in-person care or testing. Of course, if you have an emergency, you should seek immediate care.
